Vikas Sahyog Kendra (VSK) is a non-government, non-profit organization, established by a group of young and dynamic activists of technical and social background. VSK actively engaged with organizing marginalized at village to state level with adequate representation of women in realizing their rights and entitlements in accessing land and livelihood resources.

The objective under water Resource development is for increasing the availability of water and hence resulting in fewer incidences of crop failure and also for community capacitating for sustainable use of ground water.

The objective under this programme is to improve the bargaining capacity of farmers through enhancement from primary produce. This programme also aims for improving the credit and agro-inputs availability to farmers. The major components under Establishing farmer’s.
VSK works in two blocks namely Chhattarpur block of Palamu district and Manika Block of Latehar district. The head office of VSK is in Shahpur (Daltonganj), Chainpur and block level field offices are in Manika and Chhattarpur. There are 20 full-time staffs including Programme Manager, Project Coordinators, Thematic leaders, Accountants, Technical Person and Social Activists. More than 15 local field level volunteers are also associated with VSK.
We have worked with various funders in past. Mainly among them are Action Aid, Christian Aid, Ford Foundation, Centre for World Solidarity, United Nation Development Program, Poorest Area Civil Society, NABARD and Global Green Fund.
